ConvergeHub CRM offers a comprehensive selection of third-party applications in the App Store to ensure seamless integration with essential business functions. To find it, navigate to 'Admin Settings,' then go to 'App Setup,' and click on 'App Store.' In the App Store, search for the 'Cal.com' plugin to locate it.
Once you have clicked the ‘Settings’ button on the plugin, it will take you to the Cal.com Settings page. Copy the Webhook URL, select the Module as Leads, and set the Default Fields mapping. Now, hit the Save button.
Log in to your Cal account and go to Settings, paste the Webhook URL, select 'Booking Created' under Event Triggers, and click 'Create Webhook' to save. Next, click New to create an event, add a Title, set the meeting duration, and click Continue. Go to Advanced, click 'Add a Question', create a Phone field with the appropriate Identifier, and hit Add. Finally, click Preview, choose a date and time, input participant details, and click Confirm. If a matching Phone Number exists in the Leads module, the existing Lead will be used; otherwise, a new Lead is created.
