ConvergeHub CRM offers a wide array of third-party applications in the App Store, enabling smooth integration with essential business functions. To locate it, click on 'Admin Settings,' go to 'App Setup,' and then choose 'App Store.' Search for the 'Decision Logic' plugin in this section.
2.Once you have clicked the ‘Settings’ button, it will take you to the ‘Decision Logic Settings’ page. Fill in the necessary details such as 'Service Key', User GUID, and Profile GUID from your Decision Logic account. Select the module as Leads, perform the field mapping, and then click the Save button.
Open the Leads tab, select Decision Logic from the Action dropdown, and choose the pre-created template to send. Clients receive the email, click the verification link, enter their banking information, and submit. You can then view the verification results as PDFs and XML files in the Library under the lead's Decision Logic tab.
