To integrate Experian with ConvergeHub, start by navigating to the App Store within ConvergeHub CRM. Follow these steps: Click on 'Admin Settings,' then proceed to 'App Setup,' and select 'App Store.' Once there, search for the 'Experian' plugin among the various third-party applications available, which facilitate seamless business function integrations.
Clicking the Settings button will open the Experian Settings page. Here, you need to enter your Experian credentials, including Username, Password, Client ID, and Client Secret. Next, select the Leads option in the Module field and hit the Save button.
Open any lead. Initially, the Credit Score field will be blank. From the Action dropdown, select Experian to automatically populate the Credit Score. You can then view the Experian report as a PDF in the Library subpanel. Open the PDF to access the full information.
