ConvergeHub CRM features a wide range of applications in our App Store, supporting third-party integrations with the CRM. The App Store continuously updates with new apps to facilitate seamless collaboration with essential business tools. To access the App Store, click on Admin Settings under your user profile, then select App Setup and go to the 'Five9' plugin.
Click the Settings button within the Five9 plugin to configure your account. This opens the setup process for further customization. Click the Set Up button and enter your credentials, including Client ID, Client Secret, Domain ID, and details for Call and SMS campaigns. Configure additional user settings if needed.
Log in to your Five9 account, select the Agent option, and set up the Softphone feature to receive a "Connection Successful" message. Then, return to ConvergeHub, open any lead, and click the phone or SMS icon to initiate calls or send messages through Five9 for seamless communication.
