Hi there! I’m Shampa. Welcome to my blog – The Spark. In this blog I write about business, technology and people… and the power of little things to make a massive difference in any of these areas.
My hope is that this blog will be the spark that lights a fire in you, maybe give you a little idea or insight which triggers a significant change in your life or business and improves it for the better.
To tell a little bit about myself – I’m the Founder and CEO of ConvergeHub. Although I have a technical background, with a Masters in Computer Science, living in the Silicon Valley and founded two tech companies, I do not believe in technology just for the sake of the hype or because it’s cool… and I’m known for my aversion to buzzwords. I only believe in the technology that in some way improves our lives and our shared connected future.
Most of the concepts that I write about are not my own, and they are not earth-shaking ground-breaking ideas. They are usually simple ideas that I came across during my reading or research, or in my experience as a business builder or as a person, and I have thought about and built upon them. I don’t claim to have all the answers. I am a student of what I teach and I’m learning and re-learning every day.
I felt that maybe some of these ideas could add value to you too, and touch you in some way however small, and help you build a better business and better life. That’s the purpose of this blog.
